REFUND POLICY

Canvas Digital 360's refund policy is nil in the following cases:

• You have selected a custom web development package.
• The initial website design has been approved.
• Revisions have already been requested and processed.
• Cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to the service provider.
• There has been no communication for more than 2 weeks.
• The project timeline or deliverables have been altered by the client.
• Company policies outlined at the start of the project have been violated.
• Another developer or agency has been engaged for the same project.
• The creative brief provided lacks sufficient details or clarity.
• A complete redesign of the website is requested after initial approval.
• The refund request timeframe has expired as per the agreed terms.
• The business associated with the project is closing or undergoing structural changes.
• Refunds are requested due to a change of mind or personal disagreements.
• Dissatisfaction with one feature or module of a bundled service; refunds only apply to the specific feature/module.
• Refunds are requested after 15 days from the date of service purchase.
• Services like domain registration, hosting, or third-party tool integration are excluded from refunds.
• Refunds are requested for approved designs that have already entered the development phase.
• Refunds are requested after rejecting the initial design but proceeding with further revisions or customizations. In such cases, Canvas Digital 360 will deduct 33% of the total cost for incurred efforts and resources.

Note: After a refund, the designs become the sole property of Canvas Digital 360, and the client forfeits all rights to their usage. Canvas Digital 360 reserves the right to reject projects or cancel contracts as deemed necessary.
